Virtual War Memorial
I had the opportunity to work for an iconic client RSL. My job was to redesign a national commemorative website where people can honour all of those who have served the nation in times of conflict.
For me it was more than a project, while redesigning it I felt a privilege to be part of a history of a nation.
That’s why I had two creative approaches: one was more modern, while the other one was resembles old images.

I started the project with the logo design. Simplifying and modernizing what they already had.
The logo represents the National War Memorial in Adelaide, Australia.

Poppies were the first flower growing in the field where trench warfare of World War I took place.
Today is a symbol of Remembrance Day, my interpretation was an element of the website.
